This policy explains what information this website receives, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors. Last updated 22 July 2026.
The consultation form receives your name, email address, optional phone number and city, selected area of law, and short case summary. The website sends that information by email for review and does not save the form contents in its article database. Email providers and ordinary professional records may retain the delivered message.
If you subscribe, the site stores your email address, selected legal subjects, subscription status, an unsubscribe token, and delivery records. This information is used only to send requested journal updates and manage your subscription. Every update includes an unsubscribe link.
Article feedback stores the selected assessment, optional comment, article reference, and submission date. The feedback form does not ask for a name or email address. Comments are used for editorial review and correction work.
The laws library records limited events such as a page view, search term, document action, or related-resource click. The site database does not attach those events to a visitor profile. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs, including an IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the service.
The public website does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site advertising trackers. Authentication technology is limited to the private administration area. If non-essential analytics is introduced, this policy and the visitor-consent process should be updated before it is enabled.
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only with providers needed for hosting, storage, email delivery, security, or where disclosure is legally required. Records are retained only while reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, subscription, editorial purpose, professional obligation, or website security.
You may unsubscribe through any newsletter email. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held through this website, subject to applicable professional, evidential, and legal record-keeping obligations.
Sending a website enquiry does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. Do not send passwords or highly sensitive documents through a general form. Confidential documents should be provided only after an appropriate channel and professional engagement have been confirmed.
